TPSMI Group is an independent diving company providing the international oil and gas industry with a complete underwater contracting service.

All offshore diving intervention services are provided in accordance with OGP & IMCA.

TPSMI Group is a Contractor (Co) Member of the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) participating in the work of the Diving Division in the Europe & Africa Section.

With more than 15 years relevant subsea management experience,

the company mission is to offer a high quality and cost effective service

with a strong emphasis on safety and operational efficiency.

Since 2009, TPSMI Group has invested in performant sophisticated equipment and intensive training programs to produce certified and experienced divers that can work in depths of up to 70 meters.  

We now provide our Customers with the following subsea intervention services:

• Air Diving to 50 msw
• Surface Mixed Gas Diving to 70 msw
• Inspection Class ROV Intervention to 600 msw

Maintenance and mobilisation activity of the equipment are carried out at TPSMI's base in ILOGS.

The yard covers 2000 m2 and is enclosed within a security fence. It includes warehousing, mobile cranes, forklifts and a completely equipped workshop.

A modern furnished guest house is available for employees in transit.

TPSMI's yard and transportation facilities ensure quick and efficient mobilisation.

A full time team of technical engineers are employed to ensure the highest standards of inspection, repair and maintenance.
